The process involves brushing your windows clean with pure water; as such they will be left wet and will need time to dry naturally. 2). HEALTH AND SAFETY – A new legislation from Europe now limits the use of ladders. The law now states that ladders can only be used when all viable alternatives have been considered, and now The Pure Water Fed Pole System is seen as a safer and more viable alternative for residential and commercial window cleaning.

3). ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY – Only 100% pure water is used, eliminating the need for detergents and chemicals.

Traditional Methods
There is still the need to use traditional methods to clean windows. It can take years to master the art fully and to be able to use ladders and other access equipment safely. We have been trained in the safe use of ladders and other Health and Safety aspects.

What’s involved?

Phase 1
Removal of all waste discarded by the builders, i.e. paper, leftover wood, bricks, nails and screws and even larger items. We will make the site ready for final finishing (skip to be provided by Contractor).

Phase 2
Removal of all excessive dust, paint spots, grout, tile adhesive, plaster and any other elements that were not in the final building description.

Phase 3
Touch up cleaning, leaving the unit ready for occupancy by the owner or tenant.
